Anna gilchrist

Anna is a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Management and Ecology at the University of Manchester where her research and teaching is focused on how we can implement transformative conservation methods to respond to the biodiversity crisis, particularly rewilding and nature recovery. She is the Co-Programme Director of the MSc in Nature Recovery, Restoration and Rewilding and also has a variety of external roles including Co-Chair of the Manchester Biodiversity Action Group, Vice Chair of the Friends of Lindow Moss and a Trustee for the Beaver Trust.
